About the Role
We’re looking for a strategic and influential leader to join us as Manager – Business Operations, overseeing a broad portfolio that ensures our customer billing and data practices are accurate, compliant and high‑performing.
In this high‑impact role, you will act as a change agent, leading cross‑functional teams while embedding a people‑focused performance culture. You’ll uplift compliance capability, strengthen risk maturity and play a key role in shaping how customer and billing data is managed across the organisation.
What You’ll Be Doing:
• Leading operational programs that uplift billing, collections and compliance performance across the business
• Driving a process automation program to increase efficiency and deliver consistent, accurate outcomes
• Acting as a change agent to modernise processes, technology and customer‑impacting functions
• Managing compliance and regulatory obligations, ensuring governance requirements are consistently met
• Managing data custodianship and data privacy obligations through safe, accurate, and strategic use of customer and billing information
• Providing leadership across business analysis, quality assurance, reporting and project delivery
• Leading cross‑business collaboration with key stakeholders to deliver shared outcomes
• Driving efficiency and performance through strong KPIs, coaching and continuous improvement
• Overseeing project management activities and delivering high‑impact business initiatives
About You
You are a confident and resilient leader who brings sound judgement, analytical strength, and the ability to influence across all levels of the organisation. You’re passionate about delivering exceptional customer outcomes while balancing regulatory, risk and operational demands.
You’ll also bring:
• A degree in commerce, business or a related field
• Substantial leadership experience, including coaching and developing people
• Substantial experience in policy or regulatory environments, or other highly regulated industries
• Strong capability in project management, business improvement and operational oversight
• High‑level analytical, problem‑solving and decision‑making skills
• The ability to lead change, navigate uncertainty and drive performance in large, complex environments
