THE ROLE

As the Head of Product – In-flight Customer Experience, you will define the vision for our in-flight customer experience and lead the roadmap to deliver it. You will work collaboratively across the airline to ensure a consistent and engaging experience for our customers, leveraging insights to drive improvements in processes and communications.
