Advice For Applicants For The Auckland Campervan Depot Role

Tip 1: Put your customer-facing experience up front on your resume, especially any roles in Tourism, Hospitality, Retail or Rent-a-car, and mention you’re able to drive a campervan. That combination directly matches the must-haves for this job.

Tip 2: Demonstrate the must-have skills with concrete examples. Include a line about resolving a guest issue, handling a check-in, or managing a small maintenance problem, and note your English proficiency and ability to work weekends.

Tip 3: Prepare for interview questions around emergencies and maintenance. Think of a time you calmly handled a guest complaint or coordinated a quick repair, and be ready to walk through your approach step by step.

Tip 4: When you interview, ask a targeted question about day-to-day depot operations, such as how maintenance scheduling is handled and what support exists for cross-location opportunities, since there are paths to offices in Lisbon, Mexico City or Manila.
