Mō tēnei tūranga | About the Opportunity
As a Capability Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in shaping organisational capability by supporting Senior Capability Consultants in gathering stakeholder needs and extracting key business insights to pinpoint capability priority areas. 
Reporting into the GM Leadership and Enterprise Capability, you will contribute to the discovery and needs analysis for large-scale, enterprise-wide capability initiatives, as well as lead the discovery and needs analysis activities for small to medium-sized projects. 
Your responsibilities include co-facilitating stakeholder sessions, synthesising input, and supporting the development of capability roadmaps (including capability frameworks) that enable business success.
You'll be actively involved in broader project delivery aspects such as project management, change and communications planning, capability assessments and impact and ROI analyses. Working in close collaboration with capability consultants, subject matter experts, learning designers, and deployment teams, you will gain exposure to high-impact capability projects in areas like leadership, sales, commercial acumen, digital and AI.

We are seeking a highly motivated individual with a strong growth mindset and critical thinking skills, who thrives in a collaborative team environment. You will bring 3–5 years of experience in professional services, learning and development, or human capitalconsulting. 
While you do not need to be a subject matter expert in specific content areas, you possess strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to connect the dots and ask the right questions. You are comfortable leading interviews and discovery workshops with subject matter experts and can extract and synthesize critical insights to support needs analysis and project scoping.
You are a confident communicator, able to articulate findings clearly both verbally and in writing. Skilled in visual storytelling, you transform insights into clear and engaging presentations that drive understanding and support decision-making.
You are exceptional at time management and highly skilled in project management and planning, with meticulous attention to detail and the ability to adapt quickly to new challenges.
Your strong interpersonal skills enable you to build rapport across diverse audiences and foster productive, collaborative relationships. Collaboration comes naturally to you, and your ability to work seamlessly across teams is essential to delivering impactful, learner-focused solutions.
