Be ready to talk through how you communicate with residents, families and a multidisciplinary team, including how you handle mobility assistance and safety concerns while maintaining dignity and comfort.

Ask about roster structure and learning opportunities at Bupa Campus, and inquire how care plans are developed and reviewed to ensure residents’ needs are met consistently.
