Caregiver at Bupa, based in Wattle Downs, South Auckland, offers a person-first care approach and works under qualified nursing staff to enrich residents’ lives. This is a casual, on-site role with no guaranteed hours, requiring entitlement to work in NZ, ideally with NZQA Health and Wellbeing Cert Level 2-4 and about a year of aged care experience. You will provide personal care, mobility assistance, maintain care-plan documentation, encourage residents to participate in activities, and contribute to a positive, safe home environment.
