Adidas is seeking a passionate Casual Retail Professional for the Charlestown Square Concept Store in Charlestown NSW, serving the Newcastle Maitland region. In this onsite role you will own store sales and KPI targets, deliver Brand Customer Service standards, maintain visual merchandising and in store communications, process deliveries quickly, replenish stock, and represent the Adidas brand with energy and integrity. The ideal candidate has solid retail or customer service experience, is proactive, athletically minded, and thrives in a fast paced team environment. We are seeking a passionate Retail Professional for our Charlestown Square Concept Store in Charlestown, NSW on a CASUAL basis. PLEASE NOTE THIS IS IN THE NEWCASTLE/MAITLAND REGION - NOT IN CLOSE PROXIMITY TO SYDNEY.

Key responsibilities:

• Be aware of store sales and KPI targets, as well as individual performance targets, take ownership over them and use all available store resources to meet or exceed them
• Execute the Brand Customer Service standards to meet or exceed customers’ expectations
• The execution and maintenance of established Visual Merchandising and In-Store Communication standards
• Process merchandise deliveries quickly and effectively, and constantly replenish merchandising fixtures to ensure the store’s entire product offer is represented on the sales floor
• Represent the adidas brand/company values and products in an inspiring and impactful way. 

Requirements: To be successful in your application, you will have a strong retail sales or customer service background with a proven track record of success. You will be motivated, energetic, passionate about achievement and be comfortable working in a fast paced environment.
