Aspect Western Sydney School is seeking a committed casual teacher’s aide to support students on the autism spectrum in small classes, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to design and deliver individualized, evidence-informed learning plans. This is a rewarding, hands-on role that builds autism expertise and offers the chance to make a meaningful difference for students and families. What matters most: relevant experience with autism or intellectual disability, experience implementing Individual Plans, strong communication, and willingness to travel across sites; NSW Working with Children Check is required, plus any applicable licences (driver’s, LR). You will help create a learning environment that tailors to the individual needs of students through evidence informed best practice in autism. You will work closely in a team with other professionals such as our school psychologist, speech therapists and occupational therapists to develop and deliver quality learning programs.
