We’re looking for friendly, energetic people to join our Dulux Stores network. Whether you’ve worked in retail, hospitality, or just love helping others, we’ll give you all the training you need to succeed.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Servicing, maintaining, and repairing airless spray equipment to keep machines performing at their best
• Assisting store and external sales teams with technical advice on machines and spare parts
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and colleagues
• Supporting spray equipment sales and rental orders

This is a Full-time role based at Wetherill Park, NSW.

What We’re Looking for:

• You have a strong mechanical aptitude and enjoy troubleshooting small engines, electrical, or pumping equipment
• You can work independently, make decisions on the fly, and manage your tasks efficiently
• You’re an excellent communicator and enjoy building lasting relationships with customers and colleagues
• You have prior experience as a Service Technician or in a similar role (experience with lawnmowers, pumps, or machinery is highly valued)
