JOB PURPOSE

This role exists to support the design, coordination, and delivery of training and development initiatives across the organization. The role focuses on enhancing employee skills and supporting ongoing capability-building programs. You’ll be part of a team that believes in doing work that matters — for people and the planet.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist in planning and coordinating training sessions and workshops
  • Support the development of training materials and presentations
  • Track participation and completion of capability programmes
  • Help analyse training results and feedback to identify improvement areas
  • Maintain training records and update tracking tools (e.g., Excel, SharePoint)
  • Support communication with stakeholders regarding training schedules and updates

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage data
  • Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous internship or exposure in training, learning & development, HR, or sales capability building
  • Basic knowledge of data analysis and reporting (e.g., using Excel, Power Bi)
  • Familiarity with digital learning platforms or content creation tools (e.g., Canva)
  • Strong presentation and storytelling skills
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams in a corporate environment
