Job Description

We’re looking for experienced and certifying Aircraft Technician to join our In-Flight Entertainment Team. This is your opportunity to work across one of the world’s most advanced and diverse fleets — contributing to the innovation and technical excellence powering Etihad’s next chapter.

  • Ensure strict adherence to Etihad Airways' Safety & Quality Regulatory procedures. Proactively oversee staff health, safety, and work performance requirements, verifying that all tasks are executed using approved tooling and maintenance data. Foster a robust safety and incident reporting culture
  • Report on time to duty and execute all IFE tasks allocated during his shift.
  • Sign-off own work been performed in accordance with approved data as assigned by his lead.
  • Complete all paperwork in an accurate and timely manner in accordance with the current company procedures.
  • Support all ongoing IFE troubleshooting.
  • Attend any IFE troubleshooting while on shift.
  • Ensure that all unused serviceable and unserviceable items are returned to stores with the correct label attached.
  • Behaves in a manner which reflects a professional approach when dealing with counterparties.

Qualifications

  • Valid Aircraft Maintenance License (GCAA / EASA Part-66 / ICAO Type convertible to GCAA)
  • Formal aircraft apprenticeship or equivalent.
  • Knowledge on different IFE & Connectivity systems
