We're looking for a passionate and energetic Change & Capability Lead to drive engagement, adoption and capability development as part of our Rostering, Time & Attendance transformation program.

 

About the Role

As the Change & Capability Lead, you'll help our people successfully navigate change by creating engaging communications, practical learning solutions and empowering local teams to take ownership of change initiatives.

Working across our national operations, you'll partner with leaders, change champions and local trainers to build change readiness, support adoption and establish sustainable ways of working.

 

What You'll Do

  • Lead change readiness activities and help teams embrace new ways of working.
  • Develop engaging communications, leadership messaging and project updates.
  • Create practical toolkits and resources that empower local teams to deliver change.
  • Build capability through coaching, Train-the-Trainer programs and structured support.
  • Facilitate workshops, showcases, information sessions and site-based engagement activities.
  • Establish feedback loops to monitor adoption and continuously improve outcomes.
  • Apply change and behavioural frameworks such as ADKAR, SCARF and Nudge Theory to support successful transformation.

 

What You'll Bring

  • 5+ years' experience in Change Management, Learning, Engagement or Organisational Development.
  • Experience working in large, complex operational environments.
  • Outstanding communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Ability to simplify complex change into clear, practical actions.
  • Experience developing learning resources, communications and engagement campaigns.
  • Strong coaching and facilitation skills.
  • A proactive, energetic and solutions-focused mindset with a passion for helping people succeed.
