What you'll contribute to

 

As System Lead - ServiceNow, you'll be the operational owner of CleanCo’s ServiceNow platform and play a critical role in ensuring it remains secure, reliable, scalable and aligned with business needs.

You will:

  • Lead the ongoing administration, governance and optimisation of the ServiceNow platform.
  • Resolve platform issues, improve performance and reduce technical debt.
  • Partner with service owners and stakeholders to enhance ITSM and ITOM capabilities.
  • Manage platform enhancements, releases, integrations and automation opportunities.
  • Oversee CMDB maturity and data governance to support trusted operational insights.
  • Work closely with NRI and internal stakeholders to stabilise the platform and deliver backlog improvements.
  • Provide expert guidance, support and coaching to users and platform champions.
  • Contribute to the future ServiceNow roadmap and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Your work will directly improve service delivery, strengthen Digital & Technology operations and enable better experiences for employees across the business.
  • This role is a full-time permanent position based out of Brisbane.

On your first day you will have:

  • Demonstrated experience owning and administering enterprise-scale ServiceNow environments.
  • Strong experience across ITSM, ITOM, CMDB and platform governance.
  • Experience designing and delivering ServiceNow enhancements, workflows, integrations and automation.
  • Knowledge of ITIL practices and service management frameworks.
  • Ability to build productive relationships with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience managing platform stability, backlog prioritisation and continuous improvement initiatives.
