职位描述

1. Responsible for end-to-end financial process management at the national level for channels, including channel transaction management, budgeting, ledger maintenance, settlement, reconciliation, accounting treatment, as well as the construction and analysis of key business performance profit and loss models for channels. 2. Gain an in-depth understanding of and participate in channel business processes, including developing independent insights into channel business operations; summarize current channel business scenarios at the national level and standardize them according to headquarters requirements. 3. Adapt headquarters' channel-related financial processes to the national level based on current business scenarios, identify risk points in national-level processes, and develop improvement plans. 4. Execute HQ system implementation plans at the national level.

职位要求

1. Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. 2. 3-5 years of work experience, preferably in retail, or Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A). 3.Proficient in office software, especially Excel. 4. Strong numerical sensitivity with excellent problem identification and resolution skills. 5.Responsible, strong communication skills, goal-oriented, with excellent analytical and summarization abilities. 6.Fluent in English and Chinese. Proficiency in French is a plus.
