Impact.com is seeking a Channel Partnership Manager ANZ to drive agency and tech partner growth in Australia and New Zealand, owning inbound and outbound referrals, onboarding, and shaping partner programs to secure new logos and cross-sell revenue. You’ll link Agencies, Tech partners, and our Sales, Marketing, Customer Success and Publisher teams, manage short and long sales cycles, and maintain a pipeline using MEDDPICC with Salesforce or Salesloft. Key requirements: 3+ years of SaaS sales with proven targets, at least 1 year partnering with agencies, excellent relationship and communication skills, a growth mindset and coachability. The Channel Partnership Manager ANZ is responsible for the overall growth of impact.com’s agencies and tech partners in the region and for building and maintaining effective commercial relationships to achieve and exceed targeted pipeline and revenue goals.
You will manage inbound and outbound agency referrals, drive growth and adoption of the impact.com Agency partner program, deliver agency onboarding, education, in market training and enablement and business reviews.
You’re a key conduit between our Agency and Tech partners and the go-to-market Sales and Marketing teams and a liaison to our Customer Success and Publisher Development teams. This role is fundamental to the success of the go-to-market sales team, driving primarily new customer logos as well as growth from existing customers via cross-sell opportunities, and upgrades.
