You will ensure consistent prep for a la carte and buffet menus, contribute ideas, mentor teammates, uphold food safety and presentation standards, monitor stock and assist with cost control, and collaborate across kitchen operations with a focus on feedback. Essential requirements include trade cooking qualifications, Australian work rights, relevant CDP experience, physical fitness, resilience under pressure, attention to detail, and flexible availability from 5.30am to 2pm.
