Benugo is hiring a Chef De Partie for its Sandringham Estate restaurant in Norfolk. This permanent, full-time, onsite role offers £13-£15 per hour and daytime hours from 8am to 6pm, seven days a week with weekend work required. You’ll support the senior chef, mentor junior staff, run operations and assist with events, while upholding health and safety standards. Important traits include strong organization, the ability to work under pressure, attention to detail, teamwork and clear communication; hotel or restaurant experience is desirable. Benugo are looking for a Chef De Partie to join the team at our beautiful restaurant within the Sandringham Estate.
We serve a seasonal menu with British classics from locally sourced ingredients in the restaurant, as well as a range of freshly made sandwiches, cakes and carbon neutral coffee in the cafes.
The venue is open 7 days per week, daytime only. Shifts range from 8am to 6pm. We will require you to work weekends.
Working as a Chef De Partie for Benugo will require you to be an ambassador for this brand and deliver food that creates lasting memories. You will not only support the Sous/Head Chef in the day to day running of the venue but also act as a mentor to the junior kitchen brigade.
