This is a full time Chef de Partie role with Sodexo in Sydney, Monday to Friday 6am to 3pm, in a premium corporate dining and brasserie setting. You’ll own your section, ensure consistent high quality meals, support menu production, mentor junior staff and maintain food safety standards under the Head Chef. To apply you’ll need a Certificate III in Commercial Cookery, relevant CDP experience, strong cooking and organisational skills, and full unrestricted Australian working rights. Be prepared to reside in or around the Wodonga region and to pass a pre-employment medical and National Police Check. No Working Holiday Visa applications.
