AFCA's Senior Agile Coach role is a hands-on, high impact position leading scaled agile (SAFe) across digital, technology and operations, with responsibilities from coaching squads and leaders to designing Jira workflows and delivery metrics, in a complex regulated environment. The Senior Agile Coach will play a pivotal part in shaping how AFCA delivers. You’ll lead the embedment of scaled agile ways of working across digital, technology and operational teams, crucial to bringing momentum, consistency and confidence to delivery.
This is a hands‑on role combining coaching, change leadership and practical execution. From working side‑by‑side with teams to designing fit‑for‑purpose Jira workflows, you’ll lift delivery flow, predictability and outcomes in a complex, highly regulated environment undergoing significant transformation.
