A solid grasp of control, compliance and quality assurance processes.
Sharp analytical thinking, ability to synthesize information, and solid decision-making in complex contexts.
Autonomy, organisational discipline and a results-oriented mindset.

Advice for applicants
Lead your resume with evidence of managing complex Agile delivery, especially in bilingual settings that involve FR and German language skills.
When you describe your experience, frame it around PI Planning, iterations, and roadmaps, and quantify how you kept costs in check, risks under control, and quality high across governance layers.
During interviews, be ready to walk through concrete examples of aligning diverse stakeholders, balancing competing priorities, and implementing QA and compliance controls within regulated delivery cycles.
Ask a thoughtful question about how the client integrates regulatory requirements into day-to-day Agile delivery, and which governance bodies you would interact with regularly to drive decisions.
