What You’ll Be Doing
As a Registered Nurse with us, you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional, resident-centred care. Every day you will:
• Complete initial and ongoing clinical assessments
• Plan, deliver and delegate high-quality nursing care
• Maintain accurate documentation and monitor health changes
• Review and adjust care plans for safety and effectiveness
• Build strong relationships with residents, families, whānau, and allied health professionals
• Support, mentor, and guide our care team
Your work will directly enhance the wellbeing, comfort, and dignity of our residents.
What We’re Looking For
• A current NZ Registered Nurse practising certificate
• Genuine compassion and a passion for caring for older people
• Excellent clinical assessment and communication skills
