CHT Beachhaven is seeking a casual Activities Coordinator to plan, coordinate, and deliver engaging activities for residents, foster social interaction, and document outcomes in partnership with the care team. This role sits in a trusted not-for-profit with a 60 year commitment to care, compassion and connectedness, and it requires a compassionate communicator who can confidently lead small and larger groups, maintain activity supplies, and follow health and safety requirements. Key Responsibilities
• Plan, coordinate, and deliver individual and group activities that meet residents’ needs
• Encourage social interaction and participation, and document activity outcomes
• Maintain activity supplies and monthly activity schedules
• Follow health and safety requirements and report incidents
• Work collboratively with the care team to improve the activity programme
