About the Role

Monford is seeking a skilled and motivated Civil Project Engineer to join our team, supporting major renewable energy and infrastructure projects along the East Coast.

You’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality work on site - managing civil design and construction activities, coordinating teams, and keeping the project moving safely and efficiently. You’ll work closely with supervisors, subcontractors, and clients to ensure that everything stays on track and up to Monford’s standards.

Your day will include:

• Supporting the delivery of civil works across renewable energy and infrastructure projects.
• Conducting site investigations, reviewing designs, and ensuring construction meets specifications.
• Identifying risks early and finding practical solutions.
• Managing materials, documentation, and progress reporting.
• Mentoring team members and fostering a strong, safety-driven site culture.

About You

You’re a proactive, solutions-focused engineer who thrives on being out on site and turning plans into reality. You communicate clearly, work collaboratively, and take pride in doing things right the first time.

You’ll bring:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Around 4+ years’ experience in civil or infrastructure project delivery.
• A strong understanding of safety standards and technical compliance.
• A team-first attitude and the confidence to take initiative.
