TAL’s Claims Consultant - Group Multi Claims in Melbourne is a full-time onsite role with hybrid options, offering a competitive package and wellbeing benefits. You will manage a portfolio of life insurance claims across IP and TPD multi funds, delivering best-in-class customer and adviser experiences, communicating regularly on claims status, and independently handling end-to-end claims while engaging external doctors, rehabilitation consultants and in-house medical and legal specialists. The role requires strong experience in group life claims (or end-to-end workers compensation with an allied health or legal degree), knowledge of the Life Insurance Code of Practice and Privacy, and a coaching mindset to develop others.
