TAL is seeking a Claims Quality Assurance Specialist on a 12-month fixed term contract, full time, onsite in Melbourne or Sydney. The role sits in the Quality Assurance function and ensures claims decisions are technically accurate, compliant and aligned with risk and policy standards, delivering independent insights to strengthen decision making. You will conduct QA reviews, identify trends through data analysis, uplift controls and processes, and lead remediation initiatives to close gaps. Requirements include 3–5 years in life insurance or financial services claims QA, deep knowledge of life, TPD, trauma and income protection claims, and regulatory awareness.
