About the role

We’re looking for a Client Enablement Specialist (CES) to join our Client Delivery (CD) team in Melbourne to support a major superannuation fund. In this pivotal role, you’ll sit at the intersection of client partnerships, solution design, delivery teams and change, helping translate strategic objectives into products, solutions and projects—and ensuring clients feel supported, heard and confident from initiation through execution.

What you’ll be doing 
You’ll operate as a key engagement point for delivery and change, partnering with internal and external stakeholders to shape and land outcomes. Key areas include:

Strategic enablement

  • Turn client strategy into clear solution options, product opportunities and project pathways
  • Identify, qualify and develop new solution opportunities and contribute to a healthy pipeline
  • Support revenue growth through contractual streams and new services

Portfolio & delivery leadership

  • Support portfolio oversight: pipeline, estimates, dependencies and financial governance
  • Provide project oversight/assurance, remove blockers and resolve issues
  • Present and walkthrough proposed solutions at an executive level (client and internal)
  • Consult through delivery execution to ensure issues are brought to resolution
  • Act as an escalation point to protect quality outcomes and client experience

Governance & risk

  • Promote a proactive risk and compliance culture
  • Ensure alignment with project methodology and contractual obligations
  • Maintain awareness of relevant regulations and legislation (APRA, ASIC, SIS) and superannuation trends


What you’ll bring
We’re looking for someone who can combine commercial thinking, delivery discipline and client credibility, including:

  • 5+ years’ project methodology experience in superannuation industry
  • Strong experience engaging clients in a project/solution capacity
  • Deep understanding of superannuation fund administration operations
  • Advanced understanding of fund administration platforms and integration complexities
  • Ability to present in-depth business and/or technical solutions to senior stakeholders
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; confident influencing and problem-solving
  • Strong stakeholder management across matrixed teams and complex workstreams
