In this role, you’ll guide future homeowners who have already enquired with us through their GemLife journey with warmth, care, and professionalism. It’s more than customer service; it’s about building genuine relationships and ensuring every person feels valued, supported, and excited about what’s ahead.

 What you’ll be doing

  • Picking up the phone and chatting with future homeowners who’ve shown interest in GemLife
  • Responding to enquiries and sharing all the details that make our resorts so special
  • Helping future homeowners book tours of our beautiful resorts
  • Handling calls, emails, and live chats with a smile in your voice
  • Resolving enquiries quickly, professionally, and with a personal touch
  • Keeping our CRM accurate and up to date (so nothing falls through the cracks)
  • Following up to make sure clients are happy and well-informed
  • Teaming up with your colleagues to deliver a seamless experience

About You

You’re warm, upbeat, and naturally curious about people. You love connecting, listening, and finding solutions - even on busy days. If you're proactive and take initiative but also enjoy being part of a supportive team, this is the role for you!

 What you bring:

  • Experience in customer service or client relations
  • Clear, confident, and friendly communication skills
  • A positive, can-do attitude
  • Great organisation and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently while being a true team player
  • Familiarity with CRMs (Salesforce a bonus!)
  • High school diploma or equivalent (extra qualifications a plus)
