TikTok is seeking a Client Solutions Manager to support its Tourism book of business in Dubai, a full‑time onsite role partnering with tourism boards, destination marketers, attractions, media agencies and internal teams to translate destination priorities and traveler insights into full funnel advertising strategies that drive awareness, consideration and visits or bookings. You will own strategic relationships with advertisers and agencies, tailor account strategies around campaigns, events and seasonal calendars, guide planning and optimization, analyze data, lead business reviews and advise on best practices and measurement. Collaborate across Sales, Creative, Product, Measurement, Solutions Engineering and Operations to address client challenges and unlock incremental investment. To apply effectively, demonstrate a proven record in digital advertising and client consulting, travel industry experience, ability to translate insights into actionable TikTok solutions, and a strong metrics‑driven narrative; emphasize stakeholder management, cross‑functional collaboration and a deep understanding of travel trends. Most importantly, highlight strategic thinking, data driven decision making and the ability to lead senior stakeholders toward growth in a dynamic tourism ecosystem.


We are looking for a Client Solutions Manager to support TikTok’s Tourism book of business. In this role, you will partner with tourism boards, destination marketers, attractions, media agencies, and internal teams to develop advertising strategies that inspire travel and deliver measurable business results.

The ideal candidate has experience in digital advertising, media performance, or client consulting. They should understand how to translate destination priorities and traveler insights into effective full-funnel strategies, from building awareness and consideration to driving visits, bookings, and other conversion outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Own strategic relationships with tourism advertisers, agencies, and senior stakeholders.
- Develop a deep understanding of each client’s business objectives, priority destinations, source markets, target travelers, and seasonal calendar.
- Build account strategies that support destination campaigns, key travel periods, events, attractions, and visitor growth objectives.
- Translate client priorities into full-funnel TikTok solutions across awareness, consideration, and performance.
- Guide campaign planning and execution, including audience strategy, creative recommendations, optimization, and measurement.
- Analyze campaign and market data to identify performance trends, growth opportunities, and clear next steps.
- Lead regular business reviews and present recommendations that connect media performance with client outcomes.
- Advise clients on TikTok best practices, platform capabilities, creative effectiveness, signals, and measurement solutions.
- Partner with Sales, Creative, Product, Measurement, Solutions Engineering, and Operations teams to address client challenges and deliver against account plans.
- Identify opportunities to increase product adoption and unlock incremental investment.
- Maintain a strong understanding of travel trends, traveler behavior, competitive activity, and developments across the tourism sector.
- Represent the needs of tourism clients internally and contribute insights that help strengthen TikTok’s solutions for the category.
