Circana is seeking a user-focused Client Success Director (AI) to bridge product support, user experience and development for Emiri deployments in a hybrid Sydney role. You will surface enhancements through a voice of the customer lens, own root-cause analysis across features, bugs and user education, coach commercial teams on Liquid AI, and drive setup, QA and ongoing improvement of client models and related materials, while coordinating with users, client service teams and product. Requirements include 7+ years in data analytics client support, familiarity with Unify+, model/report building and ideally Emiri, Jira/Confluence, and a data-driven, process-minded approach.
