Fever is hiring a Client Success Technical Manager in Paris 11, a full-time onsite role reporting to the COO. You will own a portfolio of client accounts from onboarding to optimization, ensuring clients extract maximum value from the Onebox platform while driving retention and growth. As the technical main contact you’ll resolve incidents, configure the platform, export data, train users, and collaborate with Sales, Tech, Product and Design, with occasional on-site support at events. Ideal candidates have SaaS customer support experience, strong troubleshooting, fluent French and English (Spanish a plus), cross-functional collaboration skills, and a valid driver’s license.
