Working onsite, you will manage reception, bookings, payments and administrative tasks, oversee daily clinic operations including rostering, stock and client communications, and support students with workflows and customer service. You’ll also help with campus events and open days. The ideal candidate brings strong interpersonal skills, the ability to juggle multiple priorities, high attention to detail and experience in healthcare or education settings with booking systems knowledge. The Clinic and Campus Administrator is a highly visible, front-facing role and serves as the first point of contact for students, staff and clinic clients. This position supports a broad range of campus and clinic operations, with focus areas that may evolve in response to business priorities and the needs of the student experience. Working closely with the Clinic & Campus Manager and wider team, the role helps maintain an organised, welcoming and efficient environment across both the Wellness Clinic and campus facilities.
