Join Bupa as Clinical Manager at the 56-bed Tōtara Gardens Care Home in Whangārei, Northland, a permanent full-time onsite role. From day one you’ll partner with the General Manager to deliver person-centred clinical care across rest home, hospital and dementia care, lead and coach a team of nurses and carers, conduct medication rounds, manage care plans, and drive continuous quality improvement toward a 3-year audit cycle. The role is 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with an on-call rotation of 1 in 7 weeks. You’ll hold current APC and NZ Nursing Council registration, demonstrate mentoring and communication skills, and be passionate about making a difference.
