Yarrawonga Health is seeking an experienced Clinical Support Nurse for a fixed term until February 2027, at 32 hours per fortnight onsite. The RN28 role requires current AHPRA registration, at least three years’ diverse clinical experience, and a Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment, with proven mentoring and teaching ability. You will lead clinical education, support the Graduate Nurse Program, and oversee competency assessments while contributing to No Lift training and procedure reviews, in collaboration with the Executive Director of Clinical Services to strengthen workforce capability and patient care. Yarrawonga Health is seeking an experienced and passionate Clinical Support Nurse to join our Clinical Services team on a fixed term contract through to February 2027.
This role is central to strengthening our clinical workforce and supporting excellence in patient care. You will provide hands-on clinical support, mentoring and education to nursing staff, with a strong focus on the Graduate Nurse Program. Working closely with the Executive Director of Clinical Services and broader leadership team, you will contribute to the development, coordination and delivery of education programs that enhance clinical capability across the organisation.
