Dexterra Group is seeking a motivated Commercial Cleaner to join our Kingston team on a full-time, on-site basis at the Military Base in Kingston, with day shifts currently available and an $18 per hour rate. Your work will include cleaning and sanitizing medical facilities, offices, classrooms, washrooms, conference rooms, hallways and fitness areas, plus responding to emergencies and reporting occurrences to management. To work on the base you must have fingerprint security clearance, a clear criminal record, and two government-issued IDs, one of which has a photo. Commercial cleaning experience is not required but is an asset. We're looking for a motivated, quality-driven Commercial Cleaner to join our team at the Military Base in Kingston. In this role, you will ensure the over-all cleanliness of our facilities to the highest level. Day shifts are currently available.

Hourly Rate: $18/ hour

Your work will include:

• Cleaning and sanitizing of medical facilities, offices, classrooms, washrooms, conference rooms, hallways and fitness areas
• Respond to emergency calls with the use of a communication radio or pager.
• Report occurrences and deficiencies to management
• Dusting, performed at floor level, and all furniture as required
• Spot cleans walls, partitions, light switches and doors, window sills
• Cleans and polishes chrome and other polished metal surfaces
• Cleans and disinfects washroom fixtures using mild chemicals
• Damp mops small area hard surface floors
• Attend all required health & safety training and use required PPE where indicated
