TPG Telecom seeks a Commercial Manager for Commissions, Segmentation and Sales Operations in Barangaroo to own the end-to-end commissions framework, lead segmentation governance and drive the weekly sales reporting cadence that informs senior decision making. You’ll collaborate with Sales, Finance, Operations and Product to design commission structures, set targets, manage payouts and maintain auditability, translating plans into scalable rules that support growth. The ideal candidate brings 7+ years in commercial, finance or pricing with end-to-end design experience, strong commercial acumen and senior stakeholder influence; telecom or enterprise B2B exposure is preferred, CPA/CA/CIMA a plus. As Commercial Manager – Commissions, Segmentation and Sales Operations, you’ll own the end-to-end framework that drives how we incentivise, segment and manage sales performance at scale.
