This is a fast-paced, outcome-driven role for someone who can quickly bring structure, clarify priorities, and make sound commercial recommendations.

You’ll provide senior product leadership, creating training, data, and QA products that support meat industry customers through a period of change. In parallel, you’ll help define clear, commercially sound long-term product direction that benefits both the meat industry and AsureQuality.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead NPD and renovation workstreams across long and short term product portfolios

  • Validate customer needs, gather insights and refine concepts

  • Build robust commercial models to test product viability — including market sizing, pricing and volume assumptions, cost-to-serve, margin, and return metrics (e.g. EBIT, RoCE) to support clear go/no-go decisions

  • Develop prototypes, run pilots, and lead customer validation

  • Prepare products for commercialisation and BAU handover

  • Operate effectively within a traditional industry during a period of enforced change, influencing with clarity, pragmatism, and respect for context

What You Bring

  • Strong commercial mindset and NPD experience

  • Strength in financial modelling

  • Experience in the primary, meat, and/or industry training sectors

  • Ability to lead multistream, ambiguous product development

  • Confident stakeholder management and governance capability

You Are

Pragmatic. Decisive. Calm under pressure. Can create clarity in ambiguity. Commercially astute and able to cut through complexity, fast.

Interested?

If you can deliver clarity, momentum, and commercially sound product decisions, we’d like to hear from you.
