Job Description

MISSION :

The Commercial Sales Support contributes to the success of the New Business teams by coordinating across multiple functions within Coface, ensuring seamless service delivery and strong customer‑centric solutions. The role supports commercial activities, enhances operational efficiency and helps create a smooth customer experience throughout the sales cycle.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assigning new business proposals to the team while maintaining accurate case records.
  • Assisting staff with data entry into systems and preparation of reports
  • Collaborating with the Back Office Team in India to monitor document accuracy and turnaround times and liaise on various tasks they undertake.
  • Assisting the commercial team with campaigns and special projects.
  • Working closely with brokers on proposal documentation.
  • Consulting with Risk Underwriting, and Finance Departments to ensure precise and optimal outcomes for new business cases.
  • Building strong relationships within the Commercial team to maximize resource utilization.
  • Handling ad hoc projects as needed.
  • Manage all the day to day work which is delivered within agreed timeframes and service standards

Qualifications

  • University degree in Business Studies or related subjects, fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Presentable with strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • Presentation (usage of Powerpoint etc, Cofanet online demos) and strong verbal and written communication skills enabling the conversion from prospect to customer
