Job Description

We have a fantastic opportunity in our kitchen brigade for a passionate Commis Chef, wishing to expand their culinary horizons. You will bring your passion for food and skills to surprise and delight our guests throughout the dinning experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver a wonderful culinary experience to all guests
• Ensure all food produced is in line with kitchen recipes and standards
• Be familiar with the other kitchen sections, promoting flexibility and productivity.

Qualifications

Whilst talent and attitude are our primary requirements, ideally you also have:

• A passion for delivering a wonderful culinary experience to our guests
• Previous experience in a similar role or currently studing culinary
• Must hold a NZ Food Safety certificate or the ability to obtain one
• Be flexible - you are required to work a variety of shifts, including late nights, early mornings, public holidays and weekends
