Reporting to our Executive Chef, you will work with our large, vibrant group of experienced culinary professional at the Qantas Lounges Brisbane. This role will include working at both the domestic and international airport lounges.
This permanent part-time role is an ongoing 4-5 day week position.
Rosters can include 3.30-11.30am morning shifts and 11.30-7.30pm evening. Flexibility required if flight delays, weather conditions impact airport operations.
As a Commis Chef, you will be an integral part of the kitchen brigade, crafting culinary excellence – Preparing dishes with precision, following recipes and maintaining portion control to create flavors that impress.
What you’ll be doing:
Proven experience working in a busy, kitchen and exposure to an a la carte dining experience is an advantage
Tertiary culinary qualifications
Full working rights within Australia are required for this role
Own transport and valid drivers license would be advantageous
