Minor Hotels’ Oaks Sunshine Coast Seaforth Resort is expanding its housekeeping team with casual Common Area Cleaner roles onsite in Alexandra Headland. You’ll clean and maintain all shared guest spaces to high standards, collaborate with colleagues to meet daily targets, and follow safety protocols with training provided. Shifts run on a rotating roster Monday to Sunday, typically starting between 8 and 9 am, with pay rates of $33.05 weekdays, $39.66 Saturdays and $46.27 Sundays. Ideal candidates have resort or hotel experience, strong attention to detail, good stamina, and flexible availability including weekends and holidays. Demonstrate Australian or NZ working rights and tailor your application to show reliability, teamwork, and a guest-focused mindset.

The Housekeeping department is integral to ensuring guest satisfaction, maintaining productivity, and upholding the high standards of cleanliness and presentation set by Minor Hotels. The Common Area Cleaner involves servicing, cleaning, and maintaining shared guest areas throughout the property.
