Accor’s Pullman Auckland is looking for a part-time Communications Agent to be the calm, capable control centre of the guest experience, handling inbound calls, assisting with reservations and group prep, and serving as the friendly front-line voice of the hotel. You should be comfortable multitasking under pressure, with excellent phone manners and a genuine passion for connecting with people. The role requires hotel receptionist experience, eligibility to work in New Zealand for at least one year, and willingness to work a rotating 7-day roster including weekends and public holidays; Opera Cloud or Resaweb experience is a bonus and a full NZ drivers license is advantageous.
