Vinted is seeking a Communications Manager for Shipping and B2B Communications to shape Vinted Go’s reputation across Europe, delivering external comms plans, partner communications and PR activations while collaborating with Vinted Go. The role centers on B2B and trade media relations in France, the Netherlands and Spain, crafting messaging, managing media interviews and crisis comms, and supporting speaking engagements for Vinted Go spokespeople. Ideal candidates bring strong writing and media relations skills, fluency in English and high-level French (Dutch a plus), and comfort in a fast paced startup with travel; applicants should detail B2B/logistics experience, share a measurable multi-market campaign, and pitch how they would position Vinted Go.

Part of the Communications team and reporting to the Snr. Communications Manager, Financial & Business Comms, this role will primarily support our shipping business, Vinted Go, and is responsible for shaping and amplifying Vinted Go’s reputation as an emerging logistics brand. From creating and delivering responsive external communications plans in multiple European markets, to supporting the Vinted Go team in partner comms, this newly-created role will drive a range of external communications and PR.
This is a collaborative role, with the successful candidate required to work effectively with multiple stakeholders in Vinted Go and within Vinted’s corporate affairs team, to deliver communications plans, position Vinted Go positively in the market, and report on outcomes. You will also support communications needs in relation to Vinted Go’s partner network, and develop plans to capitalise on marketing efforts.
This role will support the VP of Vinted Go in speaking engagements and interviews as needed, as well as other relevant spokespeople.
