Your role

 

Join DCJ's Corporate Communications team and help bring important stories to life through engaging video and multimedia content. As a Communications Officer (Video & Content Production), you'll create high-quality digital content that informs, inspires and connects employees across the department.

 

Working on a diverse range of projects, including the department’s livestream series, DCJ Live, you'll collaborate with stakeholders across the organisation to deliver compelling visual storytelling that supports strategic priorities and drives engagement.

 

What you’ll do

 

Play a key role in delivering impactful content that reaches thousands of employees across DCJ.

  • Lead end-to-end video production, from concept development and filming to editing and post-production.
  • Produce engaging video, photography and multimedia content for internal communication channels.
  • Direct and deliver DCJ Live livestream productions, coordinating presenters, guests and production requirements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop creative content that supports business priorities.
  • Manage multiple projects and deadlines while delivering high-quality outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

 

 

What we’re looking for

 

We're seeking a creative and experienced content professional who thrives in a collaborative and dynamic environment.

  • Proven experience in video production, videography, editing and multimedia content creation.
  • Strong knowledge of livestream production, broadcast workflows and production coordination.
  • Ability to transform complex information into engaging and impactful visual stories.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement, planning and project management skills.
  • Strong judgement, adaptability and the ability to deliver high-quality outcomes under pressure.
