You’ll guide boards, prepare budgets, analyze financials, manage maintenance projects, and coordinate with engineers, attorneys and insurers, all within a supportive, growth-minded culture. Ideal candidates have 1–2 years HOA experience, CAI designation preferred, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and budgeting. Salary ranges 50,000–55,000 annually with stipends; comprehensive benefits and growth through CAMS Academy and CAI training.
