Plena Healthcare is seeking a full-time Community Physiotherapist for a mobile Melbourne South East role, joining a growing, supportive multidisciplinary team delivering person-centred care in clients’ homes and communities. Early career or graduate therapists are encouraged, backed by structured clinical pathways, mentoring, and ongoing professional development. You’ll manage a varied caseload from assessment to equipment planning, falls prevention, and mobility support, with collaboration across the team; travel to clients is required. Essential: Bachelor of Physiotherapy, current AHPRA registration or eligibility, Australian working rights, willingness to obtain NDIS Worker Screening and National Police Check. As a Community Physiotherapist, you will join a large, supportive multidisciplinary team delivering personalised, evidence-based care to help consumers maintain independence, function, and quality of life.
This is a full time (Monday - Friday) mobile community role in Melbourne's South East.
We are open to early career or graduate therapists who are motivated to learn, enjoy variety, and are comfortable travelling between clients.
You will manage a varied caseload across acute and chronic conditions affecting movement, function, and independence.
