IFTTT is seeking a Community & Support Specialist in the EST time zone for a fully remote, 50/50 role that blends proactive community engagement on Reddit, Discord, and App Store reviews with hands-on user support to help Pro users build and troubleshoot Applets. You will triage tickets, assist with JavaScript filter code, create and audit help center content, and surface product improvements from user conversations while becoming a go to internal expert. The ideal candidate has SaaS community management experience, strong writing skills, cross platform familiarity, API and OAuth 2 know how, JavaScript, CRM or Zendesk experience, and a proven remote work track record in English. The Community & Support Specialist is a hybrid role that splits time between community management and user support. You’ll help keep our Pro users engaged across channels while also providing expert support to help them build and troubleshoot Applets. You’ll work with a small, collaborative team that interacts with every part of IFTTT, giving you the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the platform and the user experience. This position is fully remote.
Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Eastern Time
