This onsite role supports site compliance through employee engagement, contractor pre‑qualification, legislative knowledge, and the WMNZ HSEQ Management System to uphold safety and environmental standards and ensure reporting meets regulatory requirements. Core duties include maintaining HSEQ records, updating Work Instructions, JSEAs and MSDS registers, supporting audits, developing site HSEQ plans, delivering training, and maintaining licences and emergency plans, while collaborating with onsite leadership to address non‑compliance. Requirements: experience with HSEQ systems, audits and investigations; OHS Diploma or equivalent; strong communication and organisational skills; MS Office; NZ Driver’s Licence; Level 2 First Aid.
