The Role

Reporting to the Creative Lead and working across the portfolio of the LiveScore Group brands. This role is focused on conceptual design, while also supporting delivery through collaboration with our offshore production agency across a wide range of creative formats and channels. The role includes supporting QA, providing feedback, and contributing to light art direction under guidance.

This role requires a “think first, design later” mindset. You will work closely with the in-house Marketing Design team to help shape visual identities for campaigns, product launches, seasonal activity, and major sporting moments, building your experience across concept and execution.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Support the conceptual design and ideation of campaigns, product launches, seasonal promotions, and marquee sporting events.
  • Create master design assets and contribute to scalable design systems that can be executed by the offshore production agency.
  • Work closely with the Creative Lead to help develop cohesive visual identities that align with brand, marketing, and OKR objectives.
  • Assist in providing clear creative direction and feedback to the offshore production agency, helping ensure output meets brand standards and remains consistent across channels.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers and stakeholders, to align on campaign goals and execution plans.
  • Stay up to date with design trends and emerging AI tooling to support the delivery of engaging and innovative creative solutions.
  • Present design concepts to stakeholders with support, and incorporate feedback into final deliverables.
  • Manage multiple pieces of work in parallel, prioritising effectively to meet deadlines while maintaining design quality.

Skills, Knowledge and Experience

  • Strong conceptual thinking with the ability to contribute to campaign identities and scalable design approaches.
  • Experience supporting the creation of master campaign artwork and helping maintain quality control across deliverables.
  • Some experience working with offshore or external production partners, with the ability to provide clear, constructive feedback.
  • Comfortable following internal processes and applying brand guidelines consistently throughout the creative process.
  • Strong digital design skills, supported by a digital portfolio.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud.
  • Experience using AI tools to support the creation of graphics or video content.
  • Working knowledge of After Effects, with experience producing or editing motion graphics.
  • Although not essential, familiarity with HTML5/CSS, UI/UX principles, or designing for responsive platforms would be an advantage.
  • Interest or exposure to online Sportsbook or gaming industries is a plus.
  • A collaborative team player with a positive attitude and enthusiasm for learning, contributing to team culture, and achieving shared goals.
