Currently, we have a permanent opportunity for an enthusiastic professional to join the Customer Service team as a Concession & Conveyancing Services - Support Officer.
About the role:
The Concessions team facilitate the entire back end of the Concessions process and act as the administrative authority for the state of Western Australia, working with both customers and external stakeholders to ensure customers concession rebates are reviewed and processed correctly.
Our Conveyancing team transfers ownership of properties at the point of sale, ensures settlement agents are provided at the point of sale, ensures settlement agents are provided with up-to-date billing and customer information and organises meter readings for change of tenancy and ownership. We engage with our customers to explain settlement accounts and are responsible for the accurate maintenance of customer records.
The successful candidate will be working within the Concessions workstream. Due to the training involved in the work stream, you will be required to be primarily office based, to gain competency.
