Configuration Analyst
OhpenWhat Ohpen Is Looking For In an Configuration & Implementation Analyst
Ohpen, a provider of cloud-based software for mortgage lenders and financial institutions, is seeking an experienced Configuration & Implementation Analyst to join its Amsterdam team. The role centers on shaping how the platform is configured for new customers, particularly large clients, and often involves collaboration with external implementation partners. It’s a good fit for someone who enjoys solving complex stakeholder challenges and turning regulatory requirements into practical configurations.
You’ll join the Configuration & Implementation team and focus on new customer implementations for their largest clients, as well as supporting new propositions for existing customers. This is a multi-stakeholder position: you’ll act as the bridge between customers, implementation partners, and engineering, translating mortgage and regulatory rules into working configuration across Orbis Rules, DocStreet, and Mid Office components, all within a cloud-based SaaS platform.
The Work You Will Do at Ohpen
You’ll be the linking pin between customers, implementation partners, and engineering teams on large-scale implementation projects, ensuring alignment and clear ownership across the different parties involved.
You’ll take a hands-on role with implementation partners, guiding the configuration work to deliver timely, high-quality outcomes and coordinating across workstreams to keep projects on track.
You’ll translate mortgage and financial regulations into rules, calculations, and Mid Office processes, turning regulatory concepts into actionable configurations within the platform.
You’ll distinguish between standard implementation work and product or engineering changes, and hand these over to the appropriate teams with clear documentation and boundaries.
You’ll challenge customer requirements when needed, drawing on deep platform knowledge and NL market insight to propose practical, compliant alternatives.
You’ll conduct risk analysis on business process and rule changes, and propose mitigation strategies to protect project outcomes and client expectations.
